Thai-Curious

Description

Bright citrus notes up front with a pleasant pop of ginger. Thai chilis provide a nice, steady burn that isn’t overwhelming.  Smells and tastes like it could cure a cold. (Healing properties not yet proven :P)

Would make a great addition to many Asian dishes or soup. Would also be a wonderful ingredient in a wing or barbecue sauce!
